RPS (Randomization and Trial Supply Management Professional Society) is a nonprofit professional community dedicated to advancing excellence in clinical trial randomization and supply management. We bring together sponsors, CROs, technology providers, and academic experts to collaborate, share best practices, and set industry standards.
Membership is open to anyone with a professional interest in RTSM — including sponsors, CROs, vendors, consultants, academics, regulatory agencies, and students. Whether you are new to the field or a seasoned expert, there is a place for you in our community.
Members gain access to webinars, educational resources, networking events, discussion forums, industry news, and opportunities to shape standards and best practices. RPS also provides visibility through member spotlights and access to Special Interest Groups (SIGs).

Not yet, but they’re on the way. One of our core missions is to develop and offer professional certifications in RTSM. As a newly established society in 2025, building these programs will take some time, but the work is already underway.
If you’re interested in contributing to the development of our certification program, we invite you to get involved through our Special Interest Groups (SIGs).
RPS hosts regional and local gatherings designed to bring the RTSM community together. We aim to hold as many in-person events as possible in major RTSM “hot spots” around the world, beginning in the USA and quickly expanding to the UK and Europe. For details on upcoming opportunities, visit our Events page. If you’re interested in organizing a local event, please reach out to a board member for support.
Some events are open to the broader community, while others are exclusive to RPS members. Non-members are welcome to attend select events, though members receive discounted or complimentary access.
We would love to have you present at an event. Reach out to a member of the Board and they will ensure you have everything you need to present either virtually or at an in-person event.

RPS is led by a Board of Directors composed of experienced professionals in RTSM. The board is responsible for governance, strategic direction, and ensuring the society operates in line with its mission.
Our current board members and officers are the founding professionals who came together to establish RPS and create a community for the RTSM industry. Going forward, the by-laws outline how board members will be elected to serve defined terms of office. All members are welcome to review the by-laws, which are available in the Resources section.
